You will begin your journey at the Academy of Leadership Mastery. Which will consist of a series of 4 sessions that are a 5 day residential retreats, integration and real-world application. Residential retreats allow you to fully immerse yourself into an experience of extraordinary potential.
Each residential session will take you through deep processes of inner exploration and growth.

YEAR Two is for those who want to continue on to a professional certification. This is the time where you choose the direction of how to apply your evolutionary shift in consciousness.
Organizational Evolution & E2 Master Practitioner
This is a year of training and applied approach to conscious practices using the E2 and Evolve2B Technologies. Both tracks will establish you as a professional using high vibrational energies and techniques. Real world application is enhanced with a mentorship program to give you the skills and support needed for Mastery of Evolutionary Energetics.
E2 MASTER PRACTITIONER: A professional certification for those who would like to have an Energetic Healing Practice. You will explore the rapid capabilities of healing with the E2 System of Advanced Energy Dynamics. This course provides a E2 Healing Modality, Ethics, Business Development **Anatomy & Physiology required for certification
ORGANIZATIONAL EVOLUTION: A professionally certified course for those who would like to learn how to develop and apply Conscious Business Practices. Learn the skills to evolve an organization to new ways of working, leadership skills to move a system to high performance. Culture, Leadership & Organizational Change.
